Fairuz SULAIMAN 
Fairuz Sulaiman’s (b.1982, Petaling Jaya) multi-tasking inter-disciplinary practice covers extensive ground. Combining digital and analogue formats, Fairuz has made music videos for local indie-bands, live video projections (VJ), animation for short films, designed visuals for stage using stop-motion, puppetry, hand-made masks, 3D animation and live video mixing. His VJ-oriented work includes moving visuals (often video) on large displays or screens to complement performance art, theatre productions and live music events. Exploring everyday objects is central to his creations. He is the Programme Director of Digital Art + Culture (DA+C) Festival in Penang. Website：fairuzsulaiman.net


HUANG Chung-Ying
HUANG, Chung-Ying (b.1981) currently lives and works in Ilan and Taipei. She graduated in Taipei National University of the Arts in 2011. She has performed in L.S.F., the Taipei Fringe Festival (2011-12), and On-Site (混種現場, 2013), and had won the "Best Creative Award" in the 5th Taipei Fringe Festival. Recently she is interested in studying the audibal tracks of humans in the sense of their everyday lives and cultures.

Fairuz SULAIMAN | 菲洛茲•蘇萊曼[馬來西亞PJ]
菲洛茲•蘇萊曼（Fairuz Sulaiman）1982年生於八打靈再也（Petaling Jaya），涉獵類型多元的跨領域實踐。他結合數位與類比樣式，替當地獨立樂團創作音樂錄像，現場影像投影（VJ），並製作短片動畫，利用格放（stop-motion）、操偶、手繪遮罩、3D動畫和現場影像混接設計舞台視覺。他的現場VJ作品包含搭配表演、劇場製作與現場音樂活動的大型動態視覺（多為錄像）投影。對於日常物件的探索則是他的創作重心。從2011年起擔任檳城的「數位藝術＋文化藝術節」（DA+C）程式總監迄今。

黃鐘瑩 HUANG Chung-Ying
聲音工作者
1981年出生於台灣，主要參與舞蹈劇場聲音設計、聲響演出及工作坊講座。
曾多次於失聲祭、台北藝穗節、及2013「混種現場」活動演出。
2012年《Display》獲臺北藝穗節「最有創意獎」，並受邀2013臺南藝術節演出。
近期關注人與生活文化脈絡下的聲音軌跡研究。

Performance Introduction︱
This performance is a result of artistic cooperations that took place in Project Glocal. Project Glocal is an artistic project by the Philippine curator Dayang Yraola since 2012. In 2014 "Project Glocal: trans(landscapes)" connects Asian cities such as Taipei, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, it is at the same time a large scale social experiment. It enabled artists of different backgrounds to interact under similar circumstances. Within the one month long residency, artists from Malaysia, Indonesia, and Taiwan stir up several conversations. They cover matters of multiple ranges, such as creative scripts, media, and locality with the use of readymades, analog sound installations, Wayang Kulit, interactive mapping, audiovisual projections to present various "small" but common subject matters. Lastly, this sort of small-scale sampling will add up to reflect a cultural landscape unique to Asia, and launch LSF as a platform for contemplating ideologies of Asian cities.

本場次為 Project Glocal 亞洲城市串流的（藝術進駐）合作成果發表。Project Glocal為菲律賓策展人Dayang Yraola於2012年起策劃的藝術計劃。2014年《Project Glocal亞洲城市串流：穿(景)》聯結了台北、馬尼拉、吉隆坡、雅加達等不同亞洲城市的，更是一項規模別具的社會實驗。它讓不同背景的藝術家分置於與其他參與藝術家對等的情境或條件下互動。在為期一個月的駐村期間裡，Project Glocal 所邀請的馬來西亞、印尼藝術家將與兩位台灣藝術家彼此激盪、交流，並在城市脈絡下梳理關於創作文本、媒體及地域文化等多重脈絡，結合了現成物、類比聲音裝置、皮影（Wayang kulit）、即時MAPPING互動、AV音像投影等，呈現不同「小」而有共通性的議題。最後，這種取樣的切片也將由小而大地體現當代亞洲的特殊文化地景，進而，開展失聲祭作為亞洲串流平台的思考形態。
